Installing the server for the H.323 Gatekeeper

Install Disks 1-3 as shown in Installing Disks 1 to 3 on V100 servers on

page 41. Use the installation procedure in this chapter for installing Disk

Follow the procedure for installing Disk 5 in Installing Disk 5 (all servers)

on page 61. Refer to the remainder of this document for additional

installation information.

Approximate time estimate = 30 minutes

Procedure 44 Installing CD4

At the management pc,

1 Place CD4 in the CD-ROM drive and press Enter to continue.

WAIT until you see the following statement appear:

”You are now configuring the NTP time source for

this server. The servers which run the

Management and Accounting service will be the

source. You will need to provide the Machine

ATTENTION

Use these same procedures for each gatekeeper you install.

ATTENTION

Make sure you refer to your customer-specific information to

correctly enter the hostname, IP addresses, subnet masks, and

so on.
