Nortel Mobile Communication Client 3100 for Windows Mobile User Guide 87

• Record the conference greeting and then press # on your phone

dialpad.

• Press 1 to review the greeting, press 2 to re-record the greeting, or

press any other key to accept the greeting and start the conference.

The system next calls the members of the group you select at their

default contact numbers. On a regular telephone, users accept the

instant conference by pressing the # key or reject it by hanging up.

On the MCC 3100 for Windows Mobile, users select one of the

following menu options:

— Accept here to join in the instant conference immediately on the

mobile device.

— Accept <number> to join in the instant conference immediately

on another device.

— Join Later to be prompted to join the instant conference at a later

time. To configure your reminder notification interval, see “Initial

configuration” on page 29.

— Decline to reject the instant conference.

A tone is heard each time someone joins the instant conference.
